Based on the agreed flow-charts and specifications, DAAS shall be responsible for loading and transporting all equipment from the [foreign] supplier to the location of the project, under the terms and on the deadlines agreed upon. Due to its exclusivity deals and excellent relationships with the suppliers, no delays are likely to occur, unless exceptional conditions happen.
