1993
- DAAS enters the market of equipment for HoReCa industry, initially as a regional distributor for a local importer. The subsequent company development has showed a spectacular dynamics. The company development strategy had a twofold component: opening several regional centers, on one hand, and diversifying the product and services portfolio on the other hand. The latter objective was to be achieved by setting up long-term, solid partnerships.
- Over the first years, DAAS has exclusively distributed ice machines and pop-soda dispensers;
- three regional offices were added to the headquarters in Ploiesti: Iaşi, Hunedoara and Craiova;

1995
- DAAS founded its HoReCa Division, by signing its first important contract with Daewoo Motorcar Corporation in Craiova; the contract was for supplying kitchen and refrigeration equipment

1997
- DAAS started its dealership activity, by selling MOBEXPERT furniture and setting up a local distribution network for Shell Gas Romania
- Also in ’97 the Cluj representative office was opened

1999
- DAAS becomes the largest dealer of Mobexpert - the leader of the Romanian market. Currently DAAS offers a wide range of office, home and commercial furniture.

2003
- it’s now that a period of changes and transformations within the company occurs:
- the firm starts to import directly implements and equipment for the HoReCa and food industry;
- the foundation of the future partnership with the well-known Ali Group of Italy is achieved; Ali Group is the second large world manufacturer and the first exclusivity contracts are now signed for the Mareno and OEM brands;
- the development of the distribution network is achieved, by setting up several regional offices;
- the management becomes aware of the importance of training the employees; as a result, special programs of training and coaching are arranged for DAAS staff;

2004
- a rebranding and redefining of the company’s communication identity starts off together with a marcom consultancy firm;
- DAAS becomes No.1 distributor for the Shell Gas Romania in the area of Buzău, Brăila, Galaţi and Vrancea counties, with over 600 outlets for gas bottle distribution;
- following to a significant investment, a Mobexpert furniture store and show-room is opened downtown Ploiesti, covering over 500 square meters;
- DAAS intensifies its presence in the domestic fairs and exhibitions (RomHotel Bucharest; HoResCa Braşov; ReHoTour Timişoara; Litoral-Mamaia; Hotel & Catering Cluj, HOREGA’L – Neptun) as well as the international ones (Milano, Düsseldorf, Venice, Lyon, Barcelona); the objective is to promote the DAAS brand name, to get to know better the domestic and the international markets and to sign off partnerships with first-rank suppliers;
- the hypermarket and supermarket Division is now set up, in order to comply with the increasing demand of the market for large size outlets.
- DAAS is now the exclusive representative in Romania of the brands Bonnet Nevé and Costan, which belong to the Epta Group, world leader in the field of commercial cold.

2006-2007
- DAAS becomes one of the main suppliers for HoReCa equipment, as well as for equipment and furniture for hypermarkets and supermarkets.
- The company signs contracts with important hotels (Radisson SAS Bucharest, Grand Rin Bucharest, Ramada Nord, Ramada Braşov, Novotel, Continental Forum Sibiu, Felix Oradea, Aro Palace in Braşov) with the Bucharest Hard Rock Café restaurant, with the Real hypermarket network, with 3 Auchan hypermarkets, 2 Cora hypermarkets and 8 Mega Image outlets, etc.
