At the beginning of March, after having obtained the notice from the Competition Council, Epta SpA and DAAS INTERNATIONAL GROUP finalized the acquisition process. Through this partnership, DAAS specialists with expertise in the engineering, project management, assemblage and aftersales service in the commercial, industrial and HORECA refrigeration industry will become a local hub and will provide development solutions also for Epta SpA’s prospective customers.

At this point, the two companies have already started the integration process on the operational and financial side thanks to a dedicated team of managers from Epta SpA that was allocated to the Romanian team. After the fusion, the number of employees reached 5.200 globally and also the company has reached a production capacity of over 200.000 units/year in the factories.
